Refunds
All purchases are final. Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. It is used to confirm your appointment, and to ensure you will show up to your appointment . This is to prevent no-shows and to guarantee you an appointment spot. Your remaining balance of the selected service must be paid at the end of your appointment. **To view accepted payment options visit FAQ tab**. The final payment is non-refundable as well. However, We are able to transfer your deposit to another appointment time slot, only upon availability of another appointment slot, and only if you give at least a 72 hour notice. We can transfer your appointment time up to 2 times, the first being complimentary, after the 2nd transfer, there will be an extra $40 charge. All transfers must have a 72 hour notice, otherwise you will not be guaranteed a transfer. Less than 24 hour reschedule notice will be charged an additional $100 fee for time inconvenience. Please contact Us via phone call if you have not received a response to your appointment transfer date request in 24 hours. Cancellations Appointments are to be canceled at least 72 hours prior. IF approved your next appointment will require a new deposit. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged $100 inconvenience fee on the card on file.
Cancellations

CHANGE OF POLICY
We have the right to make changes to our Refunds and Cancellations policy terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website.
